Hoppy Tamarindo Dia de Los Muertos Ale

Specs: 6.0% ABV / 30 IBUs / Gluten Free

Like our traditional Fermented Aguas Frescas this special edition brew is tart, packed full of Tamarind fruit, finishes like a clean crisp cider, and is nice and dry. A refreshing mix of sour citrus, warm bruised apple, and the appropriately skunky herbaceousness. We cranked up the ABV, and hyped up the brew profile with pounds of Mosaic, and Cascade hops. Our unfiltered ale finishes dry on the palate with strong mango; citrus hop aromas, and minimal bitterness. The label artwork is a mash up collaboration from our street team of artists in San Francisco and Mexico City.
